It is hard to compare the first life is beautiful to the second yr but, overall, 2014 was better in many ways. I feel like the event staff listened to the reviews from 2013 and took action to make things better. The 3 days was better than having 2. The musical acts were separated more and strategically timed so that you may not miss as much. I love the fact that they brought in over 70,000 sq ft of grass. OMG that made a heck of a difference and to sit and be right in front of one of the stages, on grass, made it so relaxing. More seating with the swings available, more tables and chairs, the separation of the food was also a brilliant idea. That way i could try something from one side when I was near one stage, than when I moved to the other stage I could try something different from that area. With adding more people, they say about 60,000 came in 2013, and expected 90,000 for 2014, it did feel like the people just treated it like any other festival, where the 2013 first yr, it was special to be apart of a new experience. Be a part of something different. More people were cheerful to each other and interactive in the 2013. So for 2015, it will be difficult to come up with new interactions for people to interact with instead of just walk briskfully by each other to go see the next musician. Especially when this festival will continue to grow over 100,000 attendees for next yr. But not much you can do but enjoy every moment and can't wait til 2015!
