Hot Tix does not take phone orders or inquiries. Tickets must be purchased online or in person. If you need assistance with your purchase online, you may call our staff during our regular business hours at 312-751-1876. For your security, staff will not take your billing information over the phone. Staff may not exchange or refund tickets.

Tickets purchased online will be held at the theater’s box office. Please bring your printed confirmation, valid ID, and purchasing credit card to the theater.

Accessible Seating

To better accommodate your needs, League of Chicago Theatres has requested that all special seating accommodations be solicited only through their representatives. Please contact a League of Chicago Theatres representative for further help with your ticket purchase.

General Rules

Cancellations - If you arrive at the theater and the show has been cancelled, check with the box office first. Theaters may exchange your tickets for another performance or make other arrangements. You may always come back to the point of purchase to receive a full refund in the manner of the purchase. If you purchased tickets online and the show is cancelled, your purchasing credit card will be refunded automatically.

Miscellaneous

Hot Tix is a not-for-profit program of the League of Chicago Theatres. Half price tickets are made available on a volunteer basis by member organizations. Ticket inventory changes throughout the day.
