Wynn Las Vegas has redefined the traditional theatrical experience with the evocative spectacle, "Le Rêve." "Le Rêve" (The Dream) is the latest masterpiece from legendary director Franco Dragone, the creator who revolutionized the face of entertainment in Las Vegas with Celine Dion's "A New Day," "O" and "Mystère," three of the most successful shows in Las Vegas.
"Le Rêve" premiered in 2005 and is a breathtaking spectacle that utilizes the most elaborate aerial and aquatic elements ever created. "Le Rêve" is performed in Las Vegas' only theatre in-the-round; with seats no more than 42 feet from the stage -- an intimate setting which allows the audience to escape their reality and let their imagination narrate their own story during a dream sequence where tales of romance, adventure and mystery are staged with seamless delivery. With more than 75 cast members performing in a 90 minute show, audiences are enveloped by stunning sights and performances unique to Las Vegas and around the world.
"This is something I've dreamed of for a long time," says Dragone. "Le Rêve" is about us, about a world that's imperfect, but beautiful in its imperfection. Even in a dream, it's impossible to be completely happy. But we can feel healed. That is part of what dreams do. And it is, I hope, part of what "Le Rêve" does too," says Dragone.
