Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival Tickets

I had a great time at the show... There were some really great bands! The only thing I wish is that the set up for Alpha Blondy had not taken so long so that he could have performed a longer set... Very sad that his set was so short. On the bright side, he was cool enough to meet with fans after the show.

The let down was the lack of vendors. Part of the fun of a festival is to walk around and visit a variety of vendor booths while enjoying the music. There were band merch vendors, 2 food trucks, shaved ice (great idea) and a chocolatier. Where were the sarongs, tie-dye, hemp wear, rastah wear (not a single red yellow green item or image of Bob anywhere) and how about some more food choices (fresh fruit, jerk chicken etc)? The concert ran from 1pm to after 10pm so having the variety would have been great. The plus is that it's a nice little outdoor venue that provided running water for cooling off. The price was more than fair for 5 bands who played long sets (except Alpha Blonde). Before recommending the event to a friend I would level set expectations around it being less of a festival and more of a concert.

Wow! What a great show! I will def be attending next years event! I loved how at home the show felt. And all of the acts really put on a great show!

Great day of music. What happened with Alpha Blondy playing such a short set?

What an amazing festival. Magic in the air and everyone jammin' and enjoying each other. Will definitely be back next year as was the best time ever.
