Parking:

3 downtown parking ramps that are free of charge. The closest ramp is right across the street from the La Crosse
Center at the corner of Jay and 2nd with skywalk access to the La Crosse Center. There is another parking ramp on 3rd Street that is approx. 3 blocks north of the La Crosse Center. The Market Square ramp is located approx. 3 blocks east of the La Crosse Center on Jay Street.

Box Office Hours:

Box office located inside main arena lobby doors. Box office hours are Monday-Friday 11am to 5pm & Saturdays by event. Box office accepts cash, checks w/ picture ID, Visa, & Mastercard.

Will Call:

Will Call is available beginning one hour prior to the event. A will call table is in the main lobby to the right of the box office windows. Tickets can be picked up at the box office windows after the show begins.

Accessible Seating:

Elevators, seating sections accessible for wheelchair patrons, TDD phone, and ALD's are available upon request. Guests are advised to contact the box office at 1-608-789-7415 for these
accommodations as soon as possible.

General Rules:

Prohibited items at the La Crosse Center include: outside food or beverages, animals,guns,drugs, alcohol, and coolers. The camera policy at the La Crosse Center varies on the event. For most events a standard flash camera is allowed but no Videocameras,digital cameras or tri-pods are allowed.

Children Rules:

Varies on event.
-Sesame Street - any child 1 and over needs a ticket.
For most shows children under 3 do not need a ticket if they sit on an adult's lap.

Miscellaneous:

Elevators are located at Gate 3 to go down to the main floor. No elevator needed to reach wheelchair seating on first concourse. No accessible seating available on our second concourse. La Crosse Center features concessions
for all events. Emergencies-If you need to reach a patron during an event, please call 1-608-789-7400 or go to Guest services at Gate 8. If you are a patron and attending the event, please remember to leave your seat location w/ the babysitter or family member, so that we may contact you quickly during an
emergency.
