A large, lit parking lot is located next to the venue. Parking is typically free, but on some events there may be a $1 or $2 parking fee.

Box office accepts cash only. ATM machines are in the area. We will accept business checks at our own discretion.

Will Call

The will call window is located at the front of the main entrance. Customers can pick-up tickets approximately 45 minutes before door time.

Accessible Seating

The venue is on the ground level, with ramps available. Special seating available upon request. Please e-mail heath@excessdb.com if you have special needs.

Still Cameras, Video Cameras, and Audio Recorders ARE permitted (unless otherwise noted) Note: we request that you leave your contact information at the box office if you bring in a video camera.

We reserve the right to deny admission to anyone that appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance.

Children Rules

There are no discounts for children. Children age 2 or under typically do not need a ticket, unless the show is geared toward children. For some events, please use judgement when bringing a young child.
