What are the general rules of Klockner Stadium?
University of Virginia Sporting Events should be an enjoyable experience for all guests. In order to promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask for your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. Should you encounter any problems, please notify a member of the Event Staff. The University of Virginia reserves the right to remove from the stadium those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials or other guests. NO refunds will be given in these cases. - Alcoholic beverages ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED within Klöckner Stadium. Persons identified with alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. Guests appearing intoxicated will be subject to ejection and turned over to Police. NO refunds will be given in these cases. - All banners, signs and flags are prohibited in Scott Stadium. - Still cameras with lenses less than six inches are allowed, however flash photography and stands/tripods are prohibited. Video cameras are not allowed inside the stadium. - All gates open 1 hours prior to game time. - Prohibited items at Scott Stadium include, but are not limited to: • Horns, whistles or artificial noisemakers of any kind • Alcoholic beverages • Bags and Backpacks • Balls of any type • Containers (i.e. bottled water, etc.) • Coolers (hard or soft sided) • Food of any kind • Glass bottles • Lacrosse sticks or equipment • Tripods • Video/movie camera - All persons entering the stadium will be subject to a visual search by stadium personnel prior to entering the gates. In addition, persons carrying purses, diaper bags, etc. will be asked to open such items for inspection. - Virginia is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all its facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Smoking WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in stadium seating areas, restrooms or entryways leading to the seating area.
