KIESZA IN CONCERT:
Canadian multi-talent Kiesza is quickly singing and dancing her way to the top with her catchy vocal house tracks and stunning choreography. In 2014 the budding star topped charts across Europe with her debut single "Hideway", garnered more than 60 million YouTube views with the song's dance-heavy video, and made her US performance debut with an electrifying show in New York City. With her stylish look, sultry voice, and slick house sound, Kiesza is a rising dance pop sensation fans won't want to miss on tour.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Kiesza was born and raised in the Canadian city of Calgary, where she was active in the performing arts from an early age. During her teens she applied herself to a broad variety of experiences, including a stint as a code breaker for the Royal Canadian Navy and a contestant in the Miss Universe Canada Pageant. Her parents’ divorce inspired her to write her first song at age 18, and soon after she was awarded a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston. She spent her early days as a musician performing folk music, but by 2010 she had adopted a more uptempo, dance music-oriented sound. She made her first chart appearance in 2013 as the featured vocalist on Donkeyboy’s Top 10 single “Triggerfinger”, gaining exposure to EDM fans around the world. Her official solo debut single “Hideaway” followed in 2014, topping charts throughout Europe and becoming a viral hit with its expertly choreographed music video. An electrifying performer known for her soaring vocals and razor-sharp dance moves, Kiesza has fans eagerly awaiting her upcoming tour dates.

by beasty410 on 5/18/15House of Blues Boston - BostonShe is amazing in person, far better than her album and I love her album. She puts her heart and soul into what she sings. Also she dances well, everything was choreographed and not at all cheesy. I was very impressed, would highly recommend her show. I took a friend to see her who had never heard of her before and she was so bowled over she went out and downloaded the album. Would definitely see Kiesza again next time she's in town.

Sound system was great -- vocal performances were of the highest quality -- thoroughly enjoyed. Time between the performers was a little lengthy, but Kiesza made it worth the wait.

by Jano84 on 4/7/15Center Stage Theater - AtlantaShe was everything we wanted - we paid the regular entrance price just to be feet from her, her choreography was fun, she was energetic and all her music and singing was absolutely on point. It wasn't an insane, over-the-top concert with theatrics and confetti canons, just a great evening watching her sing great music with backup dancers, lights and a variety of instruments. If you like Kiesza's music and videos, you'll love her in concert.

by Akeme on 4/6/15Center Stage Theater - AtlantaI hadn't heard of Betty Who before the show, I was really just interested in seeing Kiesza, but Betty sang her heart out and showed so much love and talent to the crowd which was appreciated. Then when the main show began I was impressed with the energy of the drummer, pianist, the two back up dancers and of course Kiesza herself. She kept her dance moves high powered and exciting while using the her back up dancers as the visual focus of her show. Her voice sounded every bit as powerful and precise as it is on record and I appreciated it

Betty Who has long been a favorite of mine and seeing her for the first time live was incredible. Both of these women put on powerful performances and speak to the poem of women headliners.

She dances to every song & still manages to sing beautifully; she sounds amazing live! Wow I'm so amazed by her talent.
