Not worth the money
by Gymnasticmom on 11/29/16Blue Cross Arena - RochesterPaid over $300 per ticket for this event. Price included first row seating, and autograph session after event. Little did I know any body in the entire arena could come down and sit right in front of you on a little landing in front of the first row. So the whole show my daughter and I had to look between everyone standing in front of us. Any one in the arena could just walk down to the front row and stand there? So what was the point of buying those seats? Then I purchased a program to get signed at the autograph session. Very exciting for my daughter. We went through the autograph line to get to the end of the table and somebody took our program. It was gone. Nobody in the entire building including the gymnasts would do anything to help a girls broken heart. She was so upset and crying. I wasn't looking for anything for free but maybe a new program? Nobody seemed to care and I have attempted to contact so many people to help with not even a reply.
