I LOVED IT! I am so happy that they had Monsta X, which was the only reason why I went. Wish there was more time for them. Buying tickets, entering the building, getting through security etc. Everything went smoothly.
Fun. Great for family to get together. We get every genre that everyone likes and love. Really great they had added Kpop. It changes up the vibe and its a great one. Would do it again if they bring it more Kpop.
We had a very fun night loved every band that played very entertaining concert we will be attending next years Jingle Ball!
It was amazing, I went because I wanted to see why don’t we and I ended up loving every single act including the Pre Party. Best concert I’ve been to this year.
My best friend went together and i had to work the next day but it was worth going because my best friend has never been. She even had an amazing time. So excited for next years
Unfortunately communication with patrons should have been better. Waited on line outside in the cold for the doors to open, once inside, told to go to another gate (walked outside the building) because my tiny purse was too big. After waiting on another line, told that I needed to buy a locker. Waited on another line, then told I needed to download an app for access. Then waited again in line to get into the venue, where the employee printed up paper tickets after being told specifically that the tickets needed to be downloaded or there would be no entry. Not very earth friendly. Better communication would have made it a five star experience.
This was my 14 year old daughters Christmas gift from me.. she said it was the best gift ever.. She loves Why Don't We.. and thoroughly enjoyed it
This was one of my favorite Jingle Ball concerts. Great line up. Really liked Katy Perry as the finale.
My wife and I took our teenage son for a night out. I have to say that I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did, as my interests lie for the most part in a different era & genre. It was very fast moving, well produced & entertaining.
It was great. Best experience for my children. Ushers were great. Parent lounge was amazing.
