    Bittersweet

Well everything went well up to certain point. Jorge celedon it’s a great vallenato singer and we were waiting with my wife for him to give a show here in Jersey and we are glad that he did. But the thing that really bugs me it’s that after paying $119 for chair plus a variety of charges that I personally didn’t understand what were they for. Anyway we paid close to $300 for to chairs upstairs (balcony) after a little while the people in charge of the security and to help guide the people to their sits told all the guests sitting all the way in the back that if they wanted they could sit in the sit chairs that were not sold !!! What!!! That’s not fair they probably paid $60 dollars and gave the option to sit in a $ 200 dollars sit that is not fair.

    Disappointed

It Was my parent's anniversary and as gift they wanted go not only for jorge (they don't like vallenatos so much) but for the other guy "el charrito negro" (popular music), we bought the tickets on friday night (kind of last minute) and still the show was with both of them (SUPPOSED TO); they went to the concert with the surprise that the 2nd guy didn't show at all and the comments around were that his visa was denied. Idk the real reason but for last minute ticket they should announced in the page that the other guy could not be in the concert and not just omitted.

    Love Jorge; disappointing venue

    by S. H. on 10/3/21

I saw JC at Prudential Center. Same problem as mentioned in House of Blues. We had first row seats (special occasion). A slew of girls moved into our row and blocked the view. Some tried to take my seat! I don't speak Spanish so I had problems protecting my seat! If the venue wants open seating it should advertise that and not trick people into buying seats that aren't respected. Jorge Celédon gave an amazing show with all the hits. The sub for Jimmy was fine.

    awful experience, venue's fault

by Dana S on 7/20/21House of Blues Dallas - Dallas

we were very excited for this concert and bought tickets in the center aisle second row. Really good seats, we thought. No, the entire aisle and like 2 feet distance between the first row and the stage were occupied by people coming from other seats and simply standing in front of us. Absolutely insane we could barely see and again we were in the second row! In addition, people who were crowding in that area spilled their drinks on everyone who has sitting in their seats. Our feet were soaked with beer. I felt really bad for those in the first row as they had people quite literally touching them, on top of them unable to enjoy anything. I witnessed people who had bought those front row seats try to see the concert by standing on their seats and be told they couldn't do that. obviously I agree that no one should stand but these people paid for the most expensive seats in the venue and COULD NOT SEE THE CONCERT IN PEACE. They were just trying to see! It was an awful experience. I've been to many concerts of all different genres and nothing like this has ever happened in any venue I have been to.
