John Waters did it again! His show was absolutely brilliant, hilarious and the entire theatre was howling with laughter. John Waters is an amazingly accomplished showman with a razor sharp wit and delicious penchant for filth! Put all that together and you have a laugh riot that is oh so right and beautifully, gorgeously wrong at the same time!
John has the capability to make the obscene funny and less intimidating. Would recommend this show, unless you constantly quote from the bible.
John Waters delivered his one-of-a-kind take on The Funny for over 90 minutes to all us knuckle-draggin drapes & mouth-breathin mopes. What more could we ask for? Also Carolina Theater is always beautiful
John Waters was great. The staff at the Carolina Theatre was extremely nice and helpful. The only issue was the sound was not very clear sitting in the front rows as there were no speakers directly facing us.
The John Waters show was great! He has lived so much and had so much to tell. Loved the way he took some time at the end and talked with the audience. Very classy.

This was a great show. The exact balance of humor & trashiness I love about John Waters. I love that he ended with about 10 minutes of audience Q&A & also that he signed bookes, movies, etc, in the lobby long after the show ended.
What a wonderful show! So good to have John Waters, in front of my very eyes, sharing stories about his childhood, his life, creating his films, his journeys. An amazing man performing in a beautiful venue!
This is the second time I've seen John Waters at the Carolina Theatre and I was not disappointed.
