After listening to Jon Scofield for yeas, to finally see him playing in person was a must have experience. I highly recommend this performance. I only recently started listening to Jon Cleary, but really enjoy his music very much. Would love to see a full band show with him.

I also enjoyed Cleary's anecdotes about the music. This is one of the best shows that I've seen at the Howard.

The new quartet is playing totally improvisational jazz. Think of "Bitches Brew" on steroids. Sorry, just not my cup of tea.
