It was better than Cats...I'd see it again and again...

by Erika on 1/17/20The Wilbur - Boston

JJHO never disappoints. Solidly packed 2.5 hours of entertainment--with musical interludes between the segments of the podcast. We laughed ourselves silly and openly cried. Introduction of a new segment "Mob Justice" added an audience participation aspect that made being at the live show even better. Will definitely prioritize coming every time JJHO is in town.

    Verdict: Totally Awesome.

by Nick Steglich on 1/17/20The Wilbur - Boston

This was my first experience seeing a Live Justice show, though I have been a fan and follower of John Hodgman for some years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed all of his material that I have seen and read. This was everything I could have hoped for, and then some. Both John and Jesse are true performers; smart and funny, quick-witted, and honest. One of the things I have always admired about the Judge, is how he can deliver such fair and thought-out verdicts in such a short time, and still make them funny. I'm not sure I stopped laughing for the entire performance. Really amazing show overall, and I can't wait to see another. My only complaint, though, is that the venue didn't serve any hot dog sandwiches ;)

Judgment, ukuleles, and pro-Canadian propaganda. 10/10, would see again.

    Fun Time

by JLEXT on 11/11/19Carolina Theatre - Durham

It was fun. I really didn't know what to expect since I didn't know of his podcast but I was aware of him as an actor and author. I was especially excited to see him sign books and posters afterward. That was the highlight for me. The selection of local persons who participated was also good.

    Such a delight

by Nico on 11/9/19The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

As a regular listener I knew this show would be excellent but it even exceeded my expectations. I can’t remember the last time I laughed that much!

    “The best ever”

by Liz on 11/9/19The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

This show was so funny—my husband and I were laughing, engaged, and awed the entire time. It was one of the best, funniest shows either one of us had ever seen. It really blew our socks off.

    So. Damn. Funny.

by Rachel on 1/22/19Neptune Theatre - Seattle

I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. John and Jesse are true entertainers! In an age of lame and lazy comedy, these guys' intelligent, kind, but hilarious, humor is so welcome. The best!

    Better Than Podcast

by bigguyrulz on 1/20/19Neptune Theatre - Seattle

If you know the podcast you know how their live shows work. I thought I was going to find a live recording dull but ended up having a better time seeing it live than I do listening to it on my phone.

    A wonderful time!

by Kitty on 1/19/19Neptune Theatre - Seattle

I didn’t think that the live show could possibly be as good as the podcast. Boy was I wrong.
