I think the Skyliners were very good. They put on a good show & had a nice variety of songs. I give Jimmy Beaumont a lot of credit. You could tell he was short of breath but it didn't stop him. My husband Loves their hit song Since I Don't Have You & just hearing that one song made his night.
The line-up was great. The venue was comfortable and the seats were good.
It was a good show. Good entertainment and good memories
All groups were great but headliner was disappointed.
The best in the house hope they do another soon. I went to the sands last month, a great show. The earls, the Brooklyn bridge, etc. fantastic show.
This was a wonderful concert. Many artists performed their hits.Emil Stuccio was the emcee. The classics performed first and then Emil took over throughout the rest of the show as the emcee. He was a much better emcee than others I have heard. You could understand everything he said. On that note, when the singers used the mike, their speaking appeared garbled, unlike when Emil spoke. It was unfortunate we couldn't hear all that they were saying because the audience missed out on their stories or jokes. this perhaps would be my only request. Fix the mike system for verbal clarity.Their singing however came through loud and clear.this was a Christmas gift from my husband. We both really enjoyed the show.
Both groups very talented ...tremendous show..great songs...Good sound Great to see the individual talents of the different lead singers (Skyliners) Townsmen have an excellent lead singer....
Great energy and enthusiasm. The Four Townsman really enjoy playing to the audience. The lead singer has a wonderful voice. Excellent sax accompaniment. A great evening--better than we expected.
I GO TO ANY OLDIES CONCERT I CAN FIND AND AM NOT NORMALLY JUDGEMENTAL OF PERFORMANCES. HOWEVER, I BROUGHT A PARTY OF 8 DOWN FROM PITTSBURGH AND WE ALL THOUGHT THE FOUR TOWNSMEN WERE ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. LOOKED TOTALLY AWESOME IN THEIR ATTIRE AND HAD THE ENTIRE AUDIENCE ROCKING. VERY PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE. I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR JIMMY BEAUMONT & THE SKYLINERS. JIMMY BEAUMONT APPEARED TO BE VERY FRAIL AND WAS HAVING TROUBLE TALKING/SINGING/BREATHING. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS HE KEPT HANDING THE MICROPHONE SURPRISINGLY OFF TO ONE OF THE OTHERS TO TAKE OVER FOR HIM BECAUSE HE COULDNT PERFORM. THE FEMALE SINGER WAS GOOD AS WAS THE "YOUNGEST" OF THE THREE MEN. HOWEVER JIMMY BEAUMONT AND THE OTHER OLDER SINGER JUST DID NOT DELIVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE PAY TO SEE THEM PERFORM AGAIN. AFTER THE CONCERT THERE WAS A DANCE UPSTAIRS AND WE QUICKLY LEARNED THAT THAT WAS THE GENERAL CONSENSUS OF ALL. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST HAD THE FOUR TOWNSMEN AS THE HEADLINER. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING!!
The venue was exceptionally nice. I enjoyed the opening act more than the lead.
