Her Bach presentation was stupendous!

She played all the Bach pieces without sheet music…all from memory and it was incredible. The beginning of the show and the end were filled with beautiful Bach music but I almost wanted to walk out in the middle of the program. She did two pieces (one written in the 70s by a composer who said he was influenced by Bach, and another written by a composer specifically for her) but both pieces were so harsh, unpleasant, and grating to the ears that it actually gave me a slight headache. I would have given her performance 5 stars had the entire presentation been Bach only.
