About

American Idol star and Tony® Award nominee Constantine Maroulis joins with Grammy® Award nominee and R&B superstar Deborah Cox to inject new life into the classic tale of good and evil, JEKYLL & HYDE. After four thrilling, chilling years on Broadway and multiple world-wide tours, this dark and dangerous love story from Tony® and Grammy® Award nominee Frank Wildhorn and Oscar® and Grammy® winner Leslie Bricusse, returns in a stunning new pre-Broadway production directed by Tony® nominee Jeff Calhoun and includes all the classic songs (This is the Moment, A New Life, Someone Like You) that first grabbed audiences by the throat and transformed JEKYLL & HYDE into a theatrical phenomenon.

    It could have been better

by TheSundanceKid on 5/13/13Cadillac Palace - Chicago

Not bad, but it could have been better. She can definitely sing, and he is ok. Cast is fine. Nice visual effects, lights, wardrobe. but if you are looking for a musical with great stage acting, this is not the best one. It's entertaining, but a little overpriced for what you get.

Jeckyll & Hyde a great time

by squee on 4/2/13Cadillac Palace - Chicago

The show was great. The acting was great and the singing was powerful and pulled you into the story. You could feel the characters feelings as they went through the story. Constantine was so good at being both Jekyll and Hyde. You could feel the humanity of the doctor and the insanity of the Hyde. An amazing show that I will not forget.

    Jekyll and Hyde

by Anonymous on 3/30/13Cadillac Palace - Chicago

We were going to go to Book of Mormon but it was so expensive that we rethought it all out. We were not at all disappointed by going to Jekyll and Hyde. We had great seats and all the characters were good and the singing and acting of the two lead characters was fantastic. The set design and the graphics at the end where he is essentially singing to himself was so inventive. I would recommend this hands down.

This was a beautiful show, both to the eyes and ears. My son and I both enjoyed this show. The staging props were fabulous. This is one that I would love to see again!

I liked the 2nd time so much that I am going to NYC to see this show on Broadway twice. My fav songs are ALIVE and Confrontation. I downloaded the concept albumn on my iphone. I love the songs, the music and the Greek God that is Constantine!

It was a very well performed musical. I was surprised that it seemed different than the last time I saw it. But it was very good.

    Bad & Boring

    by poodle3830 on 3/27/13Cadillac Palace - Chicago

My husband and I both thought it was boring and could not belive we paid sooooo much for those tickets. Then a week before the play, I get an email for half off tickets. I still wouldn't have liked it at that price either, but now I know why they were half off. Also, I can not tell you the number of people that did not come back after intermission. I have never seen that in all my years going to different plays. Constaintines one song "This is The Moment" was awsome. I thought he killed it. But then almost all the songs were so hard to understand any of the words which made the plot and storyline drag. Everyone RAVED about Deborah Cox...but she is hardly in it. Really Loved Constaintine in Rock of Ages, was so looking forward to this, but was truely disappointed.

Actors had great voices; The second half of the play was a little cheesy compared to the first half, but overall, it was a decent musical.

    Incredible show

    by scorp1323 on 3/26/13Cadillac Palace - Chicago

That was amasing show. The gentleman behind us said: "This guy has got some pipes", after one of Constantine's solo. Indeed, he's got as well as both his Ladies.
