A great night of music and fun

by Anonymous on 2/16/15Southern Theatre - Columbus

A modern day Victor Borge and PDQ Bach is reborn with Igudesman & Joo. Goofy, musical, and very entertaining. Well worth the money.

    a very punny, musical experience

by bobzadm on 2/16/15Southern Theatre - Columbus

This was a great show. It was funny. It was well thought out. Well arranged. And just a straight up, good evening. They are trying to bring life back to classical music, and i wholly believed they are succeeding.

Igudesman & Joo & Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra

by HugeCCRFan on 12/9/14Heinz Hall for the Performing Arts - Pittsburgh

This is an incredibly funny and enjoyable show performed by very talented musicians backed up, in this case, by a world class symphony orchestra. The musicians, Aleksey Igudesman and Richard Hyung-ki Joo, are very creative and witty as they jump from Mozart to Deep Purple to Beethoven to Eric Carmen, etc. Their interaction is very funny. The show involved many members of the orchestra and the symphony conductor, Manfred Honeck, in a lot of the humor. It was great watching everyone let their hair down a bit. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the show. A family oriented and fun performance. Very highly recommended.

Fun night out. The kids loved it.

by KEDB on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

Very much enjoyed the show. It wasn't side-splittingly funny, but good for some laughs, and these guys are certainly great musicians. I wish they'd had a matinee show, as an 8pm start made it a little late for our kids.

Even Victor Borge would have loved it!

by Hoorpass on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

Two funny guys with a great command of music, from Classical to Rap!! And boy you are for a surprise if you fall for the title of their performance! Igudesman & Joo are musicians first and comedians next. I enjoyed their performance. So did the friends who came to see it based on my recommendation.

    Super

    by VeronikaR64 on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

This is a great show for kids and adults, for people who play instruments and for those who don't. My 10 yo daughter and her 9 yo friend were laughing histerically. Very unique and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Igudesman & Joo were funny and talented!

    by Stars1414 on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

We enjoyed the show. It was funny and those two musicians are pretty talented. We usually are not very adventurous with the shows we choose to see and I am very glad we explored outside of our regular areas of interest.

    Disappointed

by notacity on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

After reading about Igudesman & Joo, I expected more comedy and less classical music. Their musicianship is excellent, their comedy needs more work.

    Igudesman and Joo -- Hilarious

    by JitterBoogie64 on 5/6/14Flint Center - Cupertino

Excellent show! They are so unbelievably talented. It's a combination of not just classical but many other styles of music all put into skit form. Beautiful music. It was an absolute blast.
