    Icon for Hire show, 10-30-2023

by Tea Cup on 11/7/23The Masquerade - Hell - Atlanta

Absolutely had a wonderful time. Icon for Hire and the 3 other acts rocked it. I was so impressed with Catherine Reilly, the first act. She is amazing. Also met the bands after their shows, everyone was so kind and had great merch/swag. I drove 2 hours to enjoy the show at the Masquerade and it was completely worth it.

    Incredible show

by Hunter Stryker on 9/21/23Tally Ho Theater - Leesburg

Icon for Hire, Conquer Divide, The Funeral Portrait, and Black Locust all gave great performances. The Funeral Portrait stage presence was awesome, being out of Atlanta, Ga would be a perfect band for Dragon Con, wanted more. Icon for Hire's Ariel Bloomer commanded the stage, powerful voice and high energy was awesome. Icon hooked me way back when with their 2011 album Scripted with Make a Move, Get Well, Fight, Up in Flames to name a few off this high energy album.

    Black Locust (opener) was AMAZING!

by Maureen on 9/20/23Tally Ho Theater - Leesburg

We were unable to stay to see Icon For Hire, but the opening act, Black Locust, put on an amazing show! The band was high-energy, had great original tunes, and I am already trying to figure out where they are performing next so I can see them again. Definitely see Black Locust if you can.

The show was great! I loved the venue and all the bands. The only caveat was that Icon for Hire's sound was a little off.

by meghannnn on 4/17/23The Masquerade - Hell - Atlanta

I went last year and saw them at Masquerade -Purgatory, but Hell was so much better for them! They were absolutely amazing once again. They had plenty of Merch and I got a Polaroid signed by Ariel! Please come back to Atlanta again!!!

    Nostalgic and freeing

    by C. D. on 4/17/23

I’ve been listening to Icon for Hire since I was about 13 struggling with being different, early mental health challenges, etc. Last night I had the pleasure of seeing them along with their amazing openers Dancing with Ghosts & Hooked Like Helen for my first time in Orlando and damn, as soon as Ariel stepped on stage & started singing she instantly brought me to tears. These 3 convey so much emotion through their music, especially live, and really know how to get the crowd going. Not to mention, Ariel’s upbeat attitude and her playfulness really shined! All in all, I would attend any show of theirs just to feel so seen and free again! By far one of my favorite bands to watch perform, and I could only hope they return in the future!

    by J. G. on 3/1/23

Awesome show. Saw them a couple years ago and loved it. Music is awesome, energy is wild, and the personal connection they made with their fans was outstanding. Would love to see them again if they ever come my way.
