    A Wonderful Musical!!!

by ramrav on 12/8/17Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

A wonderful musical for all ages. So happy to see parents and grand parents bring children to enjoy this lovely live musical. This special performance was only for one day.

    Lackluster

by Yaawwwwwn on 12/6/17Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

We found the show to be lackluster, uninspired and bland with mediocre singing and acting. There was nothing fantastic, wicked, delectable, or any other intriguing word you can think of about this show. Took a nap about 20 minutes in.

    Hansel & Gretel so so

by MG6712 on 12/6/17Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

To be fair the cast & crew were amazing but it’s sad to see the old set is replaced with a screen behind the actors. The play takes 1 hr and 15 min and for the money we paid we were a bit disappointed.

    Poorly conducted

by vipAttendeeoftheyear on 12/6/17Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

The story is great, yet it is poorly conducted. The songs are monotonous, boring, no climax in the theme. they claim a 3 D projection, it was just a projection of the screen. There was missing the glamor, magic, and spark. My 6 yr old child was so bored we could barely keep him on his seat, so we’re the kids sitting infront of us. We had attended Aladdin theater in panthages that I could call a great performance but this one is peanuts compared to that.

Good. I liked that the cast came to the lobby for discussion and pictures. Friendly people.

Compared to other events I've attended at Valley Performing Arts Center, this was not up to my usual expectations.

    Hansel and Gretel

by Caterina77 on 1/25/17Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

It was a very creative play. The back drop and graphics were very beautiful, lively and detailed. It was sort of surreal. The actors were talented and good singers. The plot had a twist from the original story. It was more like an adult show then for children because, the accents were so strong, sometimes a little difficult to understand. But, it seemed like the children were truly enjoying the play. Thumbs up to the creator.

    Hansel & Gretel

by 4Walters on 5/14/14Park Street Theatre - Columbus

The show was very well performed. The actors kept the audience engaged by having them be part of the show. Hansel was very animated. After the show the actors came out to sign programs and interact with all who came to the show.

    Hansel and Gretel was great!

by mommaandersen on 4/29/14Park Street Theatre - Columbus

We really enjoyed the show. I liked how it was interactive. My four year old was entertained, into the actors and had fun. I liked how we could meet the actors at the end too. We will definitely be going to the next one. Great family event!

    very unprofessional performance. pathetic stage

by jeyanth on 4/28/14Park Street Theatre - Columbus

Iam typing on my mobile. .so short and sweet. 1. Only 4 actors, a old box on stage and a useleaudience made thenrealistic backdrop. 2. Go to these performance s in park strret theatre, I have no problems, but don't expect much at all. Definitely not worth taking anyone who isnt interested promising anything close to the real fantasy 3. The actors had such a bloody casual approach...there was no spl effects for sounds. So the audience made the forest noises etc.. 4. Do not bother reserving costly seats. Jus go with the sides closer to the front. There were only 20 people in the whole show on a fri night. However a 6 year old kid enjoyed it. Go.....expecting the show to be absolutely unprofessional and very low budget.
