Green Bay Packers History
The Green Bay Packers were founded in 1919 by Indian Packing Company employee Earl "Curly" Lambeau and newspaperman George Whitney Calhoun. The Packers were an immediate success and were admitted to the American Professional Football Association in 1921, a predecessor to the NFL.
Under famed coach Vince Lombardi, the Packers dominated during the NFL's early years in the 1960s, winning the first two Super Bowl games with Hall of Fame players Bart Starr, Jim Taylor, Ray Nitschke, and Herb Adderley. The franchise saw renewed success throughout the 1990s and 2000s, including a victory at Super Bowl XXXI in 1997 under quarterback Brett Favre.
Succeeding quarterback Aaron Rodgers helped continue the Packers' reign of success, making the playoffs from 2009–2016 and a fourth championship at Super Bowl XLV in 2011. They have 33 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees, and are the only publicly-owned major sports franchise in the United States.

Lambeau Field, named after Packers co-founder Curly Lambeau, is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. With a capacity of 81,441, the stadium can host almost 80 percent of the city's population. Sometimes nicknamed "The Frozen Tundra," Lambeau Field has been home to some unforgettable, snowy showdowns during its tenure as the longest continuously-used NFL venue. Furthermore, touchdowns are celebrated by the famous "Lambeau Leap," a tradition where players run out of the end zone and hop into the stands to rejoice with fans.

Lang, Josh Sitton, and Don Barclay, along with quarterback Aaron Rodgers' younger brother, Jordan.

Lambeau is amazing. The game was so much fun. I'd love to have season tickets if I lived closer.
If you’ve never been to Lambeau but have heard all the stories about it being top 3 NFL stadium to attend and visit. It’s true. Everyone is extremely nice! The crowd is loud and the hospitality is great!! Just an overall amazing atmosphere and experience to enjoy!! Put the frozen tundra on your bucket list of places to go/visit.

Attending a game at Lambeau Field is one of the best experiences ever! I wish I lived closer & could go more than once a year. The atmosphere is wonderful, there are things to do outside of the ballgame, the staff is friendly, the stadium iconic, and the football game is always delightful. Do yourself a favor and go.
This was s dream come true for my son. He has always wanted to go to a Packers home game. We had THE BEST TIME EVER!! The people, atmosphere, were great! The weather was beautiful (40’s) snd the Tailgate building was phenomenal! He hopes to make this our annual mother/son trip. The uber drivers were do kind too.
The tickets are so easy to use from Ticketmaster. The game was the best. We had an out of state visitor and she loved the stadium. Very clean and lots of vendors.
Went to a football game thinking we had normal tickets, it specifically stated you will be seated together, just to learn after the fact they were standing tickets. Not impressed with only finding this out after buying the tickets, but we made the best of it.
