Grand Rocktember Music Festival Tickets

Had so much fun! Two full days of awesome rock n roll! Doesn’t get much better than that. Looking forward to next year.

Had a blast the whole weekend! Everything was great from the amazing lineup of bands to the general party atmosphere enjoyed by everyone there! The casino was fantastic too. Great service considering the crowd on hand. Everything seemed to be well ordered considering how unruly many of us became and the employees both at the hotel and at the music fest were very helpful and respectful! We enjoyed every minute of our two day stay at grand Hinkley and the amazing Rocktember. Cant wait for next year!

Another great year for the history books. Slave Raider was alive and well once again!

From parking, the venue, the view, the sound, the performers, all great!! We saw Night Ranger and Pat Benatar. They both put on excellent shows! We were pleased with the length of their performances too. We were concerned that they would be too short, but they were perfect.

What a great venue! You could see the stage well even from the back bleachers, which is where we chose to sit rather than in our seats up in the thick of things. There were two giant screens that covered all the action as well. The sound was great. No problems with parking and there were shuttles to the nearby hotels and campgrounds. The casino was a very quick walk away and there were a bunch of restaurants inside. One weak point was the alcohol being served inside the venue if you are a drinker. There is a tiny selection of beer, like Bud and Bud Light, and if you don’t drink that, you could get some stuff called Press or a bubbly wine spritzer. They were all super expensive. As far as the shows, overall they kicked ass! Friday night they had Steven Adler who was the drummer from Guns n Roses. He had put together a band with a singer that sounded more like Axl Rose than Axl Rose does. Night Ranger just blew everybody away, probably out of both nights. They are like REO, a really fun band and they sound really good. Pat Benatar was okay. The guy from Slaughter just screamed. Literally. He’d walk to one side of the stage, shriek, and then walk to the other side of the stage and shriek. 🙄 Saturday it rained all day so we didn’t go out for the early bands like Vixen. Just hung out at the bar in the casino. 😄 First one we saw was Quiet Riot. The original singer is dead, but the guy they have was really good and got the crowd into it even though it was still raining. Next up was Queensryche, who I really wanted see. They kicked ass!! The headliner was Vince Neil and he absolutely sucked! I would rather have watched Slaughter three times in a row than that train wreck. He’s pretty overweight, but I’ll give him credit, he did bounce around the stage. Unfortunately that left him out of breath and he couldn’t sing all the song, so the guitar and bass guys were singing (not very well) parts that he should’ve been, not just the chorus. It was bad. We stayed for two songs and left. There were a lot of people strolling out the gate with us. It was great though! If there’s a good lineup next year, we plan on going again. It was really well organized.

Got to see bands that I didn’t know were still together. They were the surprise that made the show. Vixen, XYZ, Black and Blue and Queensryche really made the show for me. I’d love to see Warrant, Last in Line, Jackyl and Stryper return to the lineup. Thanks for making it two days again with great bands.

Each night had a couple of bands that were really good. But each night had some terrible acts Vince was awful

Great White was awesome and Skid Row was very good as well. I was very disappointed to find out the day that we got there that Y&T had cancelled, I've been waiting for 30 yrs. to see them and was crushed when I found out they weren't coming. I hope to be able to save money and try to see them again, but on a very limited budget that is pretty close to impossible. Thank you, Mick

3 days of awesome bands. Made our reservations for our room for next year, hope they keep it at 3 days for now on. Was able to take a few items off my bucket list.
