The box office accepts cash, check, and all major charge cards.
What are the will call rules?
On the day of show, will call tickets are available for pick-up inside the casino at the gift shop/box office. Tickets may also be picked up in advance at the Box Office during normal Box Office hours. Customer must bring picture ID, order number, and the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets.

What are the general rules of Grand Casino Hinckley Event Center?
Grand Casino is a gun-free facility. Video cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Still cameras are generally permitted, however, it varies on a show-by-show basis. No other carry-ins may be brought into the Event Center.

Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. All patrons must have a ticket.
