Good Old War Tickets

A performance where the band is fun, genuine, and just quirky enough to be endearing - where they sound better live than they do on their records, and are actually willing to talk to fans after shows - is what I hope for with every concert I go to. I don't always get it (and I go to a LOT of shows!!!). With Good Old War, however, I get it EVERY TIME (no matter where I see them)!!!! The first time I saw them they opened for Joshua Radin and they blew him out of the water, they were so good! If you don't know this band, get to know them, and if you do I'm sure you'd agree they're absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!

I'm so glad they put Portland on their tour schedule again this year. They're such great performers.

They were incredible! awesome performance. Loved how genuine the music and the band were. I would definitely see them again in concert if they come around my city again

What an amazing band! They are so fun to watch, and so talented. I was worried that they wouldn't play anything from their 1st album (because it's the only one I have), but they played each of my favorite songs off of that album! Unfortunately the sound guy did a poor job of mixing this band's amazing vocal harmonies, but I filled in what I knew from where I was standing.

Great show. Cover band Belle Brigade was amazing, Good Old War was really fun and better than expected live.

I was invited to this concert on a dare by a ginger. We almost saw them in London last autumn, but missed our chance. Given my penchant for surprises, I have to say I was delighted by the performance. Was I the dunce that got to be right in front of the stage not knowing any of the lyrics? Sure. But in the week since I was fortunate enough to see Good Old War perform, I am much more proficient. Their sound is clean and lovely, with a healthy dollop of fun. They knew when to chit chat with the audience, when to unleash their virtuoso of a guitar player, and to warn every man in the audience of the devilishly handsome drummer's charms. Mmmm. Should they return to the Bowery, I will dare more friends to experience their fantastic show. Great work!

I've seen Good Old War 5 times now and this was by far the best concert of their's I have seen.
