They put on a great show!

by Anonymous on 2/11/13Bowery Ballroom - New York

The venue is pretty cool. Bands sounded great. There aren't places to sit once you enter the stage area. A few seats on the second level, but unless you get there real early you'll be standing the whole time. First time seeing these guys live. We went to see A Silent Film, but did enjoy the other bands. Would see these guys again. Great show.

Three sexy bands, one epic show

by sydjeanne on 2/8/13Bowery Ballroom - New York

American authors had a high energy that got the crowd pumped. A Silent Film kept the spirits high, encouraging sing-alongs to Danny, Dakota, and the Wishing Well as well as Harbour Lights. Not to mention, Spencer the drummer was hilarious. Robert, the singer, moved around a lot, addressing the entire crowd. Gold Fields topped off the concert with some dancey tunes, giving us a taste of their upcoming album, Black Sun. Singer Mark Fuller was quite interesting, hiding under his hoodie, hands in pocket, often turning to face the back of the stage. The vocals for all 3 bands were impeccable.

A Silent Film - a band to watch out for!

by KiqueK on 2/8/13Bowery Ballroom - New York

First saw this band as an opening act for Awolnation. Immediately liked them! So much so, we went to see them at the Bowery - as they opened for Gold Fields. Definitely good fun and good music! Will see again - hopefully!
