    Loved it

by Ginny on 1/29/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

Found out about the show that happened to be the day before my vacation. I loved him and his comedy for a long time. He did an amazing job. The box office didn't take any time just show the app and go in. Drinks were expensive but thats what your expect from the Hardrock. All together a great experience.

    Way too short

by Scorpion on 1/29/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

Literally 35 minutes of stage time. No way that is acceptable for a headliner. Did not engage the audience. Felt like there was a barrier between him and the audience. Funny in spurts but disrespectful to be on stage for such a short time.

    Horrible

by AO on 1/29/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

The opening act was good. However. Gilbert himself had horrible material. I didn't laugh once. Definitely never again.

    Always love Gilbert

by Marci on 1/29/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

Gilbert Gottfried is a funny funny guy. His jokes are quick and delivered deadpan with a punch. He kept me laughing. But at just a half hour the show was ridiculously too short. Not worth my long trip to get there. And the opening act was terrible. Oh well. Not sorry I went despite the flaws.

    Gilbert Gottfried

by Showgirl on 1/27/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

Gilbert is always wonderful! We are old New York fans, from nearly 40 years ago, so want to see him whenever we can. The show was a bit short, 1 hour including the warm-up guy, so would've liked it to be longer. But hey, the price was great, and the included buffet at Fresh Harvest was terrific. Thanks, we'll be back to the Comedy Club.

    To short

by Stud 1 on 1/26/20The Comedy Club - Hollywood

The whole show was wayyyyyyyy to short. We paid $20 per ticket and then they always get you with the 2 drink minimum non sense. Gilbert came on and he looked pretty old and beat down. The opening act came on and he was trying to get the crowd going but to no success. He was on for 20 minutes and then Gilbert came on for another 40. So the whole show was only 1 hour. I go to many many comedy shows never seen one last only 1 hour. So I am sorry to say I give this a thumbs down.

    Be prepared!

by T.J. on 1/8/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Gilbert Gottfried in person is not who you see on TV and movies. He has a sharp wit and quirky delivery, but his material dives right into 'offensive' and wallows there in glee. If you're prepared for that, or actual prefer it, you'll have a good time. If you're not, or you brought your skeptical significant-other, or your sitting behind a family with kids, you're in for a very rough ride. We saw dozens of folks walk out of their balcony seats during the Pensacola show. It's certainly his choice to be so gross, but I can't help imagining how big a following he'd have if he chose to turn his talents to more mainstream material. He has the skill and experience to do so.

    Funny in Pensacola

by J on 1/8/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Gilbert and his openers were great. There weren't many dull periods and the crowd seemed really into it.

Great show; but way too brief

by ShoePups on 5/20/19Aura - Portland

Loved Gilbert’s performance in Portland on Friday, May 17th (while it lasted). The only downside was that it was all too brief. I didn’t use a stopwatch, but it was about 35-40 minutes. I expect 55-60 from a headliner. The venue is amazing and should have more comedians in the future.
