About

GHOST BEACH IN CONCERT:

Up-and-coming electronic duo Ghost Beach is inspiring dance parties around the country with their tropical brand of '80s-style synthpop and fun-filled live shows. The pair's energetic on-stage performances of tracks like "Miracle" and "Been There Before" keep concertgoers moving until the final encore, and they're known to stick around after the show to meet and greet fans. Ghost Beach has brought the house down as an opener for big names like David Guetta and Robin Thicke, and they'll continue to keep ticket buyers moving and shaking on their upcoming tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Brooklyn-based Ghost Beach is comprised of singer/instrumentalist Josh Ocean and producer Eric "Doc" Mendelsohn. The duo released their first recordings in 2013, beginning with the Modern Tongues EP and quickly following up with the Miracle EP. Their warm retro sound and catchy pop songwriting quickly earned favor with bloggers and fans, generating significant anticipation for their full-length debut. That album, titled Blonde, dropped in 2014, receiving glowing reviews and earning the band a slot on Cherub's Skype-sponsored Ones to Watch tour. The band will continue their rise with more dance-worthy performances on their upcoming tour dates.

Ghost Beach will make you dance your ass off

by Kgodwin94 on 9/12/13U Street Music Hall - Washington DC

I recently saw Ghost Beach for the first time in Washington DC at U Street Music Hall with Robert DeLong as the headliner. Anyway I highly recommend you seeing them once in your life. They shocked me with how funky and electric they were. I will be seeing them at Freefest and hope to see them more and more. Oh and not only are they talented and keep a ton of energy and transfer it to you but they are also great guys. It is hard to match their energy level but they help you get to their level. I look forward to seeing Josh and Eric again and can't wait to dance again!

Ghost Beach was the best way to the end the world

by Anonymous on 1/22/13Music Hall of Williamsburg - Brooklyn

Ghost Beach and Penguin Prison were incredibly personable and made it a great concert/end of the world party. They each let a lot of people up on stage after the countdown was over. Ghost Beach hung out for a while after the show at the bar; very nice guys. Smaller venue enabled this.
