They started with my all-time favorite Scarface, and from there are a lot off my other favorites came along. They crowd was also very enthusiastic and like me 90% of the others knew all the lyrics.

by 69dicknasty69 on 9/26/13State Theatre - St PetersburgThis show was awesome. Scarface,Bushwick Bill,and Willie D still know how to boogie and put on a hell of a show. The Geto Boys were also fan friendly and chilling with the audience.

I think they knew for weeks Juvenile and Mystical were not going to show so they added Twista and Freeway to the ticket. 8ball and MJG barely made it because they were coming from a totally different venue in a different state and couldn't be in two places at one time. I hope the Legends of Hip Hop is better next year and not handled by our local radio station.

by aKDPhi30 on 6/27/13Lifestyle Communities Pavilion - ColumbusThe acts that were PROMISED did not all perform... the acts that were added to the lineup at the last minute, were GREAT - and the 3 1/2 acts we did SEE were awesome!!! If you aren't actually going to put on everyone promised in the lineup - then at least be honest with the guests... Don't sit there and lie to us. Too many opening acts, that weren't that great. Freeway was really good! TWISTA KILLED IT!!! Geto Boys and Scarface were awesome!! 8Ball & MJG got to only perform 3 songs, and their music got cut off, cuz the show had us siting around and waiting for who knows what! I'm still really upset that we didn't even see all the acts that were promised. I can't believe that I just paid $50/ticket for a show that I didn't get to see everything. I'm an avid concert goer, and I mean I GO TO SHOWS ALL OF THE TIME!! This was a first for me...
