    not worth the money

by tracydetroit on 8/10/11ceasars - windsor

Although Guy is personable and very nice the show was filled with a lot of fluff. He had the guys from his DDD show he met over the years on with him helping him with food prep and some bartender from Australia. They cooked a few dishes and fed the food to the people on the stage. They had a drink machine that didn't work. Guy told some stories and showed videos from the DDD show. He also played minute to win it with people from the audience. I didnt' think the show was worth the money. I know he is a chef and not an entertainer, but the show was not that much fun.

    Dragged on and on

by foodnetworkfan on 7/16/11Horseshoe Casine - Hammond, IN

First half hour was a non-funny bartender tossing bottles and making lame jokes. Second half hour was video clips from Guy's shows which had already aired plus bios on OTHER chefs that were apparently going to do the actual cooking demos. About 200 people walked out by the end of this first hour. Then Guy came out with obnoxious blaring music telling us how he really wanted to just be a rock star. Can't review the rest...that's when we walked out.
