    It was everything!

by Mosuga34 on 5/31/19GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center - Newark

This was my first time at the Grammy Museum when I first heard of it that they had Whitney Houston's artifacts and showcases of her accomplishments/accolades I had to come. I was a huge fan of hers and I enjoyed just being in the moment from the gorgeous huge photographs wardrobe and overall history and timeline of her life I wanted to capture as many photos as I could. Loved the interactive music and microphone singing had to capture that. This was very tasteful and professionally outlined. It was Interesting to learn of all other musician and artists as well. Thank you for this event I loved it every bit of it.

The museum is excellent! What a hidden gem in Newark, NJ of all places. The Whitney Houston exhibit was wonderful. The interactiveness of the displays was also great. I highly recommend a visit.

On a rainy day at the museum it brightened my day. It was interesting and fun. I used the props to sing and play the drums and loved the great things on exhibit of Whitney's!

    FUN INTERACTIVE MUSEUM

by BrookeysCookies on 10/23/18GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center - Newark

I went to the museum alone, and still had the best time! It was set up like traditional museums iwith pictures, videos and captions but the best part was the instruments. They had all types of instruments there that you could actually play with. They were preset to help you sound like a pro!! I was a big 30 year old kid going through there! The Whitney Houston exhibit was great as well. They did a really good job with it. I had to fight back tears as I went through. Definitely the most fun I've had at a museum!

    Cool Exhibits...Leave Camera at Home!

by Tkts2GunShow on 11/25/12The GRAMMY Museum - Los Angeles

All the exhibits were very cool...Everything from the Slipknot masks to Willie Nelson's bandana or Stevie Ray's Telecaster. However, photography was not allowed (even for personal use) which in my opinion took away from the experience significantly and hence the rating and recommendation. If you are in the area and need to kill some time, this is a good place to do it, just don't forget to leave your camera at home.
