Freestyle Extravaganza Tickets

Event starts late…. Performers didn’t show… ended last scheduled time and refunds were offered after tons of propel complained and left… I have yet to hear back from Ticketmaster regarding my request for a refund……so disappointed and I see these same performers every time they doing.man’s event… first time ever purchasing through Ticketmaster for freestyle and definitely my last….. by the way a response would be fair so I tight??

There was about three acts who the sound was off for. Besides that it was great. Action packed lineup with a great mixture of old school and freestyle.

Unfortunately, it was about 90% hip-hop and only a little bit of free style. It was some of the free sell artist were using all the hip-hop songs. I’ll make sure I go to just a freestyle concert next time.

The concert was a hit! The music and performance was great! I would go again!

Nostalgia set aside, it left a little left to be desired. The venue is as always, great. The seat locations optimal albeit uncomfortable especially when you have to stand for the majority of the show due to fellow concert goers feeling the need to block my view. The sound system was horrible. The lineup felt rushed and a little chaotic. Some artists on the billing did not perform and others that went a little off script had their mics cutoff. Sal, god bless him needs to hand the reigns over to someone else as host. It dragged a little when he was on stage. Some security personnel were a little overzealous at times but for the most part customer service was great. Hope to have more concerts like this with a few tweaks.

I would given 5 ⭐️ however, there were 3 acts that didn’t show. You did replace (1) missing artist with Naughty by Nature which was great. I paid good money for pit tickets and the problem and delays with sound system in between acts were very annoying. Too much time wasted in between acts that Mase was cut short… even though you were still short (2) artists. I was happy to see him just do his thing and continue anyway. Too many hiccups for (5) $337 tickets that I purchased. Need to do better. Needless to say the artists that did show were phenomenal!!

From the Dj’s to the artist it was great! I danced the night away! It gave so much energy

The concert was amazing. I enjoyed the hip hop more than the freestyle. I didn’t sit still the whole night. MASE was the best surprise… had no idea he would be there. You should have let him sing Mo money Mo problems though… that was disappointing. Please do this again every year because I will be back. A nice idea would be to sell merch too. I would have bought a hoodie. Consider coming back to NYCB theater at Westbury again because I know plenty of people that would attend.

The concert was good but could’ve been great if George Lamont performed as advertised! That was disappointing!
