Freakers Ball Tickets

One big room, one stage, 2 bars. Tons of excellent costumes to look at! Bathrooms were outside the room, bags were checked again each time upon re-entry. No coat check!! Band was good, but better singers (male and female) would have gone a long way. Song choices were great though! The DJ was okay, made quick changes between music genres, which at times were off-putting. Attended Freaker's Ball a few years ago, where several locations were featured and it was much fun to go hang out in different places.

Party was much better a few years ago when they had multiple rooms. It was just one area with a band that music everyone was not into. DJ 100% of the time would have been a lot better

Party started out very good with a dJ but was looking forward to the live music. When the band started, the party went downhill. Very good band, but played no dancing music so everyone kind of stood around. How can you dance to "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix? Also, the hotel split the party into two venues. Their auditorium and their nightclub. Both required their own ticket which wasn't communicated when I purchased my tickets. Perhaps my review would have been better had I been able to move between the two rooms.

thought band was good drinks were over priced and i never go there 4 the contests just to have fun so after being 2 everyone except for one...the yr they moved it to omaha ....it was a good time again

Freakers Ball brought alot of great costumes and ideas! That was great to see. The band was really good! But the costume contest - whoever was in charge of that- sucked. It was not organized and many of the participants who were in the group or duo costumes did not even make it on stage!!!! Some of the most creative and well designed costumes did not even get on stage. Instead a group who rented their costumes won. We spent 5 hours doing make up to at least participate in the contest and they did not even let us on stage. When the stage got full they cut it off? Disappointing.

Thought judging was very unfair. Drink prices very high.

The best part was looking at others' costumes. Music sucked. Alcohol was overpriced, band was lame, lacked energy, and kept getting interrupted for the long and boring costume contests. Left early and will not be ever going again!!

The event was so much fun. The live band was great! The VIP booth was definitely worth the money. All in all the night was awesome!

I bought a ticket cuz I saw Alice in Chains on the roster, boy was that a lie and waste of money.
