Hard-charging metalcore quintet For All Those Sleeping could wake the dead with their bombastic sets of decibel-shattering anthems like "Mark My Words" and "Incomplete Me". The band's technical prowess in concert matches their sheer volume -- frontman Mike Champa delivers his searing screams with diamond precision as lead guitarist Jerad Pierskalla and drummer Ethan Trekell command their respective instruments with bludgeoning force. A veteran touring act beloved for their mosh pit-inducing live shows, For All Those Sleeping will continue to rain fire on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour and beyond.
For All Those Sleeping was formed in Minnesota in 2007 while its members were still in high school. Their early demos and 2008's The Lies We Live EP featured a catchy pop punk sound that gained them a local fanbase and eventually attracted the attention of Fearless Records, who signed the band in 2010. Their debut full-length Cross Your Fingers followed later that year, leading to tours with acts like A Skylit Drive and Falling in Reverse. The band debuted a heavier metalcore sound on 2012 sophomore album Outspoken, and it resonated with fans -- the album cracked the Billboard 200 and landed the band on several high-profile festival tours. They released their third album Incomplete Me in 2014 to another round of praise, landing at No. 2 on both the iTunes Metal and Rock charts before hitting the road for another highly anticipated tour.
