No Flash in this Dance
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
Didn't really like this one....glad I didn't spend alot of money on this. I kept nodding off and whenever I woke myself up I would look around and I saw folks texting and/or walking out the theatre. Guess I wasn't the only one who didn't think much of this show

disappointed
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
The opening song got you pumped up and after that I felt the energy drain out, lost me after that. I thought the acting was not good, the singing was good and the dancing was good but nothing great.

Flashdance the Musical brought back great memories
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
I enjoyed Flashdance the Musical by sending me back to the 80's and remembering the movie. However, I found there were too many new songs I wasn't familiar with and not enough songs from the movie incorporated into the musical. The final dance number sadly was not my favorite moment, the dancing for that was good, not great. Still, I'm glad I went to see it and would recommend it.

Pretty bad
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
This play was pretty bad. Mostly because the main character was really poorly cast. Jennifer Beals was a tomboy and tough woman and the woman cast for the play was just so not that person. Moreover her voice was horrid and made me hate hearing her parts. I will say that the other 2 strippers were amazing and they should definitely be kept because they made the time I spent there bearable.

Flashdance was very entertaining
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
I loved the show, although I can't say it was the greatest show I've ever seen. I wanted to see Flashdance because I loved the movie and music. This was very enjoyable.

Oh What A Feeling .....
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
Try to sit and listen to that song and not want to tap your foot. Flashdance was full of energy and great music. The cast did a great job and I would recommend it to anyone who gets the chance to see it. They did not perform all the songs in the movie which was a little disappointing.But... It was still a fun show to watch.

My husband and I loved the music, loved the dancing and loved the talented artists that performed for us. I would recommend it to anyone to see. It certainly was a feel good experience.

Flashdance was a real treat!
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
The show was well done. I know the movie well, and of course realized that many songs would have to be written and added to make the show a musical. There were a number of times I found myself looking at the monitor because I could not understand the words that were being sung. I did not enjoy the amount of singing that Nick did. I did however, LOVE the song when both were facing their challenges and each had half the stage. My granddaughter, who is a dancer, was not disappointed. She enjoyed the old school and contemporary dancing in the show. The orchestra did a fine job. We had a great deal of fun as did everyone around us.
