About

Fall Out Boy are one of the most successful pop punk bands of the last few decades. They’ve released four No. 1 albums and 10 Top 40 singles while working alongside top artists such as JAY-Z, Taylor Swift, Elton John, Wiz Khalifa, John Mayer, Demi Lovato and RM of BTS. The quartet of guitarist and vocalist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman and drummer Andy Hurley rose from the emo scene outside of Chicago and released their debut album Take This to Your Grave in 2003. Fall Out Boy made their major label debut with 2005’s From Under the Cork Tree, which featured the band’s first two Hot 100 singles, “Sugar, We’re Goin’ Down” and “Dance, Dance,” and led to the band’s first Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 2006. The group’s 2007 follow-up Infinity on High debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 behind singles like “This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race,” which reached a career-best No. 2 on the Hot 100, and “Thnks fr th Mmrs.” After 2008’s Folie à Deux, Fall Out Boy went on hiatus, but made an emphatic return with three back-to-back No.1 debuts in 2013’s Save Rock and Roll, 2015’s American Beauty/American Psycho, and 2018’s Mania. In 2023, Fall Out Boy released their eighth full-length effort So Much (for) Stardust, which became the band’s seventh consecutive Top 10 album.

    FOB

by KeepACalendar on 3/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

They really put on an amazing show each time I see them live! I was happy with the VIP package also. The only feedback I want to provide is that the venue needed more directive signage and the VIP Lounge really needs to be open until FOB actually takes the stage. We weren't allowed in immediately after the last opener. That meant that by the time everyone got through the bathrooms and FOB actually took the stage, the front was fairly sparse and a lot of people that paid a lot of money missed the first couple of songs. The show itself was fantastic, as always!

    2ourdust !!!

    by kayla on 3/27/24

went to the grand rapids show and it was incredible! even better than my show on the first leg. i got to hear the take over the breaks over and bang the doldrums (2 of my favs!) along with all their hits (+ other deep cuts) and we got a mania song for our 8 ball. each show has a slightly different setlist and they keep such great energy throughout the performance, if you can, see them live!!

    I missed the concert

by Steph on 3/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

I missed going to the concert and couldn't find anyone to buy my tickets. We had an ice storm and our power was out for 3 days. I couldn't leave my family and fur babies to suffer here while I went and I'm the only one who knows how to start the generator. So... I bet the concert was awesome though.

    Didn’t disappoint

by Ash on 3/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

I’ve been listening to fall out boy since I was like 11, I am now 30. And I still love them and was amazed by how the show wasn’t just a band performance but also an artistic and motivational spectacle. I was so happy I almost teared up a few times and god damn the vocal chops on Patrick stump, I mean I knew he could sing but I had never had the chance to see him Live in person and I was amazed. 10/10 show. Already bought tickets to see them again in October. 💜

    Incredible experience!

by Syd on 3/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

I’ve seen Fall Out Boy live 3 times, and never have they disappointed! Especially for So Much (For) Stardust, they really upped their game and their on-stage charisma, set design, musicality, and talent shines every time! They’re my favorite band by far, and my favorite band to see live. Can’t wait to see what they do next!

Love from the other side (Of the stadium)

by Tony M. on 3/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

This show was perfect! The opening acts were great and Fall out boy was BEYOND amazing!! The sets, songlist, effects, and everything made a show I was super glad I got to see!! The only thing I could really complain about is that the second floor of the arena was a little steep...but that's not a problem with the show itself 14/10
