Clearly a lot of work went into this performance and we appreciated it all. The dancers were amazing!!!! My only issue is that ACT 1 needs to have more drama and excitment- the music put me to sleep. ACT 2 had more drama and the music seemed a bit more dynamic rather than monotone. Liven up ACT 1!
I enjoyed the afternoon performance. The ballet was very well done. I loved the interpretation presented of Excalibur. Hope to see more in the future. Bravo!
This is my first time enjoying a performance like this and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The performers were top notch, the effects were excellent and the stage presentation was wonderful. I was so impressed with the caliber of dancers in the show and their costumes were simply beautiful. Except for our seats ... which were not great ... it was a truly superb show and performance.
Excalibur, as a ballet, was creative as well as beautiful. The music was excellent and went along perfectly with the story. A strobe light was used twice in the performance and I love the effect it added to the fight scenes. I enjoyed it immensely and would go see it again. If you enjoy professional Ballet I would highly recommend going and seeing this one.
