Directions

From the North: Take the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/I-94) east to the Ohio Street exit. Take Ohio Street east to Dearborn and turn left onto Dearborn. Excalibur is about one block north on the lefthand side.

From the South: Take the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/I-94) west to the Ohio Street exit. From there, follow the directions given above.

From the West: Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) east to the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/I-94) west. Exit at the Ohio Street exit and follow the directions above.

Parking

Valet parking is available for $6.00. There are also various self-park lots and limited street parking in the area.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is open everyday from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight. Doors typically open at 6:00 PM for all events.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Cash only for all ticket sales.

Will Call

NYE 2010 Will Call orders may be picked up after 6:00pm on December 31, 2009.

Will Call tickets are available for pick up beginning one hour prior to showtime at the Box Office.

Customers must present the credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.

General Rules

Still cameras are generally permitted for all events, but recording devices such as video camcorders and audio tape recorders are not permitted.

Children Rules

All patrons must be at least 21 years of age to enter the facility.
