Exit NYS Thruway at Exit 23. Follow I-787 North to Empire Plaza exit.

FROM THE NORTH:
Exit Northway at Exit 1. Follow I-90 East to I-787 South to Empire Plaza exit.

FROM THE WEST:
Exit NYS Thruway at Exit 23. Follow I-787 North to Empire Plaza exit.

FROM THE EAST:
Exit from I-90 at B1. Follow I-90 West. After crossing the Hudson River, travel South on I-787 to Empire Plaza exit.

FROM THE EMPIRE PLAZA EXIT:
Enter tunnel. V-LOT is the 3rd parking area on your right.

Parking:

Parking is available under The Egg and easily accessible via I-787. The V-Lot is generally designated for Egg parking but signs may indicate additional or alternate levels available. Once in the V-Lot, follow signs for the best elevators to the Egg. Call The Egg Box Office for further details or questions.

Will Call tickets are only available after 3PM on the day of the event, for both phone and internet orders.

Accessible Seating:

Both the Hart and Swyer Theatres are accessible and The Egg supports the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Both theatres are fully wheelchair accessible. Listening devices are available for all performances. Contact The Egg Box Office at (518) 473-1845 for details.

General Rules:

- New York State law prohibits smoking in the building at any time. In order to smoke, please take the elevator to the Plaza level.

- The use of cameras and recording equipment during a performance is strictly forbidden.

- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

- Gift Certificates are available through the Box Office.

- Tours of the facility are held Monday through Friday at 11am & 1pm and commence at the Plaza Visitor Center North Concourse next to Key Bank
