EMILY KING IN CONCERT:
A singular talent among singer-songwriters, Emily King fuses R&B, soul, and jazz to create a sound all her own. Rocking a fauxhawk bouffant and a watercolor-painted guitar, King always impresses with her inimitable style and vocal prowess. From the romantic down-tempo track "Every Part" to her '70s throwback tune "Distance", King proves her sound is diverse as ever, and fans can hear it on full display as she warms up the stage for Sara Bareilles on a number of tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Manhattan, Emily King was inspired by her singing parents at an early age, often going on tour with them as they performed throughout the states. At 16 she left school in order to pursue music full-time and started playing local gigs around New York City, eventually attracting attention from label exec Clive Davis who signed her to Sony Music in 2004. Three years later she broke out with the smashing debut East Side Story, earning herself a Grammy nod for Best Contemporary R&B Album and praise from new fans including John Legend. Since then, she's toured alongside Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, and Emeli Sande, to name a few, and she'll continue to captivate audiences with her impressive vocal chops as she opens for Sara Bareilles this summer.

Beautiful venue, AMAZING artist, OUTSTANDING performance. Technicalities with the microphone at the start of the show but those were quickly resolved with no additional hiccups! Emily King did not disappoint! Come back to Georgia, Come back!

A Super talent! Fun, cool, sexy, just plain everything! Not to mention, her voice is absolutely beautiful. Me and my two bestie sisters enjoyed the concert from start to finish. Emily provided a great show and a memory that will last a lifetime.
First off Joseph Solomon was an amazing/perfect opener to set the tone for the night. Emily Kings energy was everything. The way she kept hood of the crowd the whole show was truly amazing. She even came back out after the crowd chanted to end the show with 3 additional songs. I hope she comes back to the bay soon. I will always be going to see her when she does.

This show was amazing. Emily King gave me Prince vibes with how she performs, and even a little with how she dresses... so sexy! She's a great singer/musician, and the way she dances and moves while singing had everyone in audience dancing and singing too. It was just a very loving and positive vibe in the building and she did not disappoint. Money well spent, and I highly recommend seeing her live. #RealMusicByRealMusicians

I am going to see her for the 3rd time this new years eve in Philadelphia! I was suppose to go with someone but they bailed out. If anyone wants to buy the ticket of me let me know! She is absolutely amazing a concert you dont want to miss!
