Some good, mostly bad
Mall of America East Lot - Bloomington
Great track for a temporary venue. Impressed with temporary bleachers. I’m used to some waiting at Grand National flattrack; but X-Games took downtime to new heights. When we did have racing we had annoying announcers tell us how excited we were. They knew little technical and talked about what the racers were thinking instead. Racing itself was good. Half hour waits for concessions and same for portable toilets. I assume that will be better in 2018. Most frustrating was my ticket was left at will calll and they had no will calll at the track in Bloomington. In hindsight I’m guessing will call was back at the main venue at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Would have been nice for that to be mentioned somewhere. I emailed Ticketmaster to complain and they instructed me to call them; but I was on hold forever and finally gave up. Very frustrating especially when the fees were more than the ticket. Great potential for this event; but easily preventable short comings made it not so great.

Awesome time!
U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis
Such a great time, great viewing opportunities for every event. The activities in between were eventful, and the concerts added in to the mix were a great idea!! Can't wait for next year!

Would not pay extra for the Gold seat section. We were told part of the perks was autographs of the athletes would be exclusive to our section. Never happened, got the run around, my 9 year old was pretty bummed after being told the schedule and watching the clocks only to be told they are not doing them. Spoke to"guest relations", basically a young intern girl working in the guest service tent who could care less about anything. She tried to find us some other autographs outside, 2 of the athletes cancelled and one was an hour long line. Again, why did we pay $74/a ticket? For a free soda?! What a joke. Save your money and go with general admission!

fun times
U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis
to sum it up in one word. Awesome! True to the definition of that word. So many times I was blown away by the competitors. That being said the only beef I had with the whole experience was we were supposed to have athlete singings in the lounge, but were only notified once during the whole weekend, and it was during one of the competitions. The app also wasn't consistent either. I would get notifications that my friend wouldn't get, and vice versa. that being said those things were not that important to me, and didn't ruin my experience at all.

8/10
U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis
I attended on Sunday, there were 4 events. It was convenient that all the events were under the same roof and it was easy enough to change seats. The most exciting event that day were the men's bmx dirt and men's skating park final. The final event was too boring to watch which was the men's dirt bike air contest. Quite boring to watch.

Flat Track craziness!
Mall of America East Lot - Bloomington
These guys were absolutely nuts! Such an awesome experience and glad the XGames decided to include it in this years games. The negatives - 2 food trucks for a couple thousand fans? Not good.. I also had to purchase beer tickets just to find out before the last race that they ran out and now I was stuck with tickets as a souvenir...awesome. Event and racing was fantastic. Organization of the event was subpar..

Moves too slow
U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis
I've always enjoyed the X Games on television and we were excited to go see them live. However, it moves too slow. Spent 7 hours there on Sunday and we were bored at least half of the time. We stayed to the end because the motorcycles are what we really wanted to see. I'll stick to watching it on television and save my money.
