DRAKE WHITE IN CONCERT:
Country crooner Drake White has been steadily climbing the ranks with his relatable lyrics, clever songwriting, and no-frills live shows. Taking the stage with his band The Big Fire, White exudes feel-good country energy as he sings and struts through upbeat songs like "Alabama Dirt Road" and "Simple Life". The band keeps pace beautifully, adding guitar, bass, and no less than two drum kits to create a rollicking live sound that always gets fans hootin' and hollerin'. From his head-to-toe denim outfits to the no-nonsense chops of his backing players, White always gives ticket buyers an authentic, boot-stomping concert experience rooted in good old-fashioned country values.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Drake White was born in Hokes Bluff, AL where he grew up singing in his church choir. He started penning songs at age 14, but wound up earning a degree in building science and working as a general contractor after college. In the early '00s he quit his Nashville contractor job to pursue his music career, and in 2013 he made his debut on MCA Nashville with the song "Simple Life". The track was a success, cracking the Top 40 of the US Country Airplay chart and leading to opening slots with big names like Eric Church, Luke Bryan, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. White once again climbed the charts in 2015 with the single "It Feels Good", a rollicking tune with a title that perfectly summarizes his live shows. With his highly anticipated debut album generating much buzz in 2015, White continues to expand his fanbase with his no-holds-barred performances on tour.
The entire concert was fabulous, both Drake White and Adam Hood have SOUL, there is so much feeling in their music. They stayed after and met all of their fans, which was very thoughtful! Such a great time, will be sure to see Drake again when he comes to town. Roxian Theater is a GEM of a venue, super intimate!

It was great to see Drake White at the Empire Live in Albany. He is an amazing song writer, singer and performer. We have been following Drake and his band for several years and can’t wait to see him perform again. Loved the venue in Albany.
Great performance, nice venue, great view from all angles, great sound, could’ve used a couple seats around for the people who cannot stand for hours

Even in the snow storm. We took the travel to Albany from Vermont. Drake white is a freaking LEGEND ! ! ! ! ! Met him after the show. Bottom line, Unbelievable singer and song writer. . . . Even better man
I have seen Drake white twice now at this same venue. The first time was amazing, this time however was different. They apparently have a hip hop night club in their basement and the base and music from there was so loud that it was hard to enjoy the concert as my feet and body shakes from the base coming from the basement. Eventually I left early because it took away too much from the show. I would see Drake White again but not at Aura if they are having a hip hop night below again.
Really enjoyed Drake White! The openner was okay. The venue is very nice just wish we could have been able to sit with our friends and people would fill the seats and not leave random empty seats.
It was great to see Drake White performing again, glad that he is making music. Lovely venue to be right on top of the performance and he did a great job. He performed a lot of songs, no breaks, and a nice encore. Good show, very good bang for your buck.
I have seen him 4 times. He puts on an amazing show. Love him and his music. You will not be disappointed.
