Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas the Musical (Chicago) Tickets

Terrible from the START to END Storyline did not reflect Dr.Seuss children's book "How the Grinch stole Christmas"at all . Musical talent (voices) terrible, lot of random screaming and frantic running around by the performers for the first 1/2 hour. Just a money maker for sure, we paid 150.00 for each seat and it was the worse musical my family ever saw and we go at least 3 time a year. Actually this is the first time I really wanted my money back we almost walked out.

I had very high expectations given how amazing the films are and how iconic the book is. Maybe it was my high bar, but this show felt pretty flat. It wasn't particularly funny or charming. The songs weren't great. It all felt very long, especially given that this is seemingly catered to younger audiences. Speaking of younger audiences...there was no intermission. If you expect kids, you need to expect that they'll need a break. Overall, not great. Wouldn't recommend.

The experience was not not worth the price $39 per ticket should have been the maximum. Furthermore, lap babies should not have been priced and ticketed. Ridiculous! We were VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The show was wonderful, and engaging for all three generations in our party. The cast and crew did a fantastic job of turning a theatre stage into an imaginary world, and bringing new life to a beloved Christmas classic. My 3.5 year old was enchanted by the entire performance, and watching her amazement was worth the price of admission alone! We will be back. Kudos to the cast and crew, and thank you for providing a cherished holiday memory.

The show was very entertaining and the actors were great!

My 4 year old daughter and I loved the show! Such a fun day out in the city during the holidays.

We loved all of it except sometime we had a hard time hearing the old Max!

Spectacular show just like the movie! The costumes were incredible! Singing was fantastic and the little girl who played Cindy Lou was an amazing actress! They were all great! T-shirts, ornaments etc were available for purchase. There is also a bar.

The finch showed us a fun side to the grinch. Not identical to the movie which I loved but all the great parts included. Great production and wonderful job by the grinch!

The Grinch was high-energy and enthusiasm for 90+ minutes straight… Certainly got everyone into the Christmas Spirit! The Grinch and Old Max were my favorite, and Young Max and Cindy Lou were amazing! From little children to grandparents….a wonderful time was had by All!
