    A++++

    by Mama and Papa Bear on 6/1/23Cadillac Palace - Chicago

    Awesome show period! Our second time seeing it, and we would go again. The entire cast and crew, from costumes to make-up, orchestra to scenery changes, lighting to sound board was amazing. The talent on stage was incredible, and well deserved the standing ovation they received. The ensemble was very impressive with their consistency and professionalism, and the leads did an incredible job. We want to know how the carpet flew so well.

    Great musical for all

    My ladies and children in the family really loved this musical. It was funny at times but most of all the performances were awesome especially the actor who played Aladdin.

    The Genie is the Show!

    by Chuck S. on 6/1/23Cadillac Palace - Chicago

    We thought Aladdin was good but not great, purely because of (what we felt were) fairly uninspired, not-dynamic performances by Aladdin and Jasmine. The Genie and many of the supporting roles we thought were outstanding! The Genie himself made the show worth seeing. His energy, spontaneity, just overall passion translated incredibly to the audience. What a wonderful actor! We also thought Aladdin's friends were funny and very entertaining. We thought Aladdin was a bit weak as a singer, just not a lot of energy. Jasmine was somewhat better, but we found her performance forgettable as well. In short, this show is all about the Genie. The set design and costumes were terrific as well. Love the gold outfits and the tiger cave too. An entertaining show but we thought it could have been much better with a stronger Aladdin and a stronger Jasmine.

    The leads could have been better

    by MAP Agent on 5/31/23Cadillac Palace - Chicago

    The genie and the supporting cast were great. The two young lovers were terrible. Losing your midwestern accent should be first on the list for actors. No idea how to project either.

    4/5

    by Jude on 5/31/23Cadillac Palace - Chicago

    This was my first time seeing a Broadway show. Aladdin is my favorite Disney movie, so I knew I would like the show. 1st half of the show was great. Genie was amazing! The Cave of Wonders scene was spectacular. Aladdin meeting Genie and their Friend Like Me performance was great. 2nd half of the show was a little bit underwhelming. However, they bounced back near the finale. All in all, I loved the show!

    Outstanding!

    by Autumne on 5/31/23Cadillac Palace - Chicago

    First broadway show for me and my mom. It was true to the original but also brought new songs and creativeness as well. Costumes were out of this world, so bright and gorgeous! My favorite character was the Genie and Aladdin.
