About

DIANE COFFEE IN CONCERT:

Indie rocker Shaun Fleming made his debut as Diane Coffee in 2013, and fans have been drinking up his irresistible, glam-inspired tunes ever since. Taking the stage in vintage threads and glittering lipstick, his laidback take on '70s rock radiates pure good vibes on standouts like "Not That Easy," "Everyday," and "Mayflower." He delivers these panache-driven songs with a dramatic vocal flair that includes plenty of falsetto trills and gutsy growls, while his band complements the scintillating frontman with sunny harmonies, grooving basslines, and searing guitar solos. With his larger-than-life personality and killer songs, Diane Coffee is on a mission to give ticket buyers a show that they'll never forget.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Shaun Fleming (aka Diane Coffee) began entertaining audiences at the age of 12, when he kicked off a string of Disney voice acting roles with 1999's Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas. He went on to appear in such shows as Kim Possible and Lilo & Stitch: The Series as well as video games like Kingdom Heart. The Agoura Hills, CA native pursued his love of music starting in high school, eventually drumming for local band Foxygen. While he continued to play with the group, he also relocated to New York in late 2012 to launch his solo career under the name Diane Coffee. With minimal means – he recorded his drums on his iPhone and played bass parts on a down-tuned guitar – he laid down all the tracks for his 2013 debut My Friend Fish. While working with Foxygen the following year in Bloomington, IN, he fell in love with the small town and decided to relocate once again. The change of scenery inspired the uplifting, symphonic sound of 2015's Everybody's a Good Dog, which won over fans and critics alike. Diane Coffee is still at the onset of a very promising career, and fans can't wait to see what he cooks up next, both in the studio and during his dazzling live performances.

    FANTASTIC NEO RETRO BAND

by BREEZEIT on 5/24/22The Moroccan Lounge - Los Angeles

Kind of a combo of David Bowie and America. Fantastic vocals, thoughtful sincere lyrics and great stage presence. The band is solid from top to bottom. If you like classic rock/soft rock from the 1970s with a modern twist, you will love DIANE COFFEE.
