Was a great Show!! I was expecting some more of the old traditional Christmas Tunes. However, the talent and voices rang through the new not so traditional ones!!!! Looking forward to next year's show!!!
It was awesome!! I brought several friends. Only thing was the words on the board were way too bright. It got a little annoying. But love that you could read it. Just too bright for the space.
Amazing Chorus and lovely talented soloists! Dedicated Director with heartfelt messages. The “words” to each song portrayed in bright neon blinding lights was an unfortunate choice as it really detracted from the Chorus and setting at Hoyt Sherman. Not sure what the thought was? I had to use my program to shield the light. I believe it was for inclusiveness so all could understand the words but for anyone with sensitivity and/or problems with neon and brightness this was very difficult. Still loved the event.
This concert was a perfect mix of holiday classics, newer spunky holiday music and beautiful yet thought provoking songs. So much talent and very entertaining. Can’t wait to see the next concert!
What a lovely musical evening. Hoyt Sherman Pl. Is a perfect theater for this choir group to entertain during this Christmas season . Loved the conductor, and of course Ben the pianist, and all the talented singers. Their best Christmas singing presentation of all years. We Especially loved the second half filled with Christmas songs.
Every time I see a DMGMC performance; I laugh, I cry, and I am inspired. Please don’t miss them! Tell your friends!!
I loved this show so much. So much talent. I enjoyed the music covering much more than Christmas. So much music really to the heart.

The show was filled with great fun and energy. The men of the chorus showed their musical talents and made Des Moines proud. Miss Dixie was a hoot!
