Directions:

Located on 5th Avenue West on the waterfront.

From downtown from the Radisson take 5th Avenue West and head toward the water.

From Wisconsin take 53 West to 35 North into downtown Duluth, exit 256B.

From Minneapolis/St. Paul take 35 West north to Duluth. Take the 5th Avenue exit and go right for one half of a block. Turn left.

Parking:

There is ample pay parking in the lot in front of the Center or use the Skywalk from downtown. Parking costs $4.00. Please note the parking ramp is currently under construction and will be completed Sept/Oct 2009. Overflow parking located at Bayfront. On certain events a shuttle will shuttle patrons to their event and back. Please call the DECC for details about the shuttle service.
All parking is first come-first served so the DECC does recommend you come early.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the show at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID and the order number.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available on the main floor, sections B and C, row GG.
Although an elevator goes to the lower balcony, stairs are required to get to your seats. Please do not order balcony tickets if unable to do stairs.

General Rules:

The DECC is a gun-free facility.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage are not permitted.

Children Rules:

Patrons ages 18 months and older require a ticket.
