Hosting this event in an arena is a great improvement from years past. Games were good, employees helpful and friendly. A great place overall but...why so cold? It was hard to get comfortable with the temperature inside.
Went to Huntsville to watch the CUSA basketball tournament. Was a great time! People in Huntsville were very welcoming and Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center was a terrific venue to host the tournament! Hope to go again next year!
I thoroughly enjoyed the tournament. Any true basketball fan would enjoy the experience. My only complaint is the area and building was freezing! I am assuming due to the hockey rink but I was forced to wear winter coats. Felt like an out side game in Minnesota. Very small crowds with ample places to sit! Will be there next year
Despite the hysterics, the CUSA Tournament is regularly a well-run event. This venue was first class. Huntsville is a great little town with great infrastructure. Really hope the tournament makes it home for a long time and the crowds grow. We'll be back for the full week next year, for sure.
Propst Arena is the perfect size for CUSA Tournament. A few issues with moisture on the playing surface, and it was a bit chilly in the lower seats but other than that it was awesome! Huntsville is easy to navigate and walkable if you stay downtown. Kudos to Huntsville for their hospitality and to CUSA for finding a new home for our tournament! WKU intends to make this site Diddle Arena South!!! #TopsALLDAY
PROPST ARENA WAS GREAT, HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT LOCATION AND FINE SERVICE
1. Good arena size for this conference tournament. 2. Would STRONGLY suggest having first and second championship games as separate sessions. Or holding 2nd game fans outside until first game celebration is over. WKU fans were extremely rude and pushy about getting MT fans out of seats before the nets had even been cut down, to the point of standing in a row where there wasn’t an open seat. Clearing out the arena in between championship games would alleviate this issue. 3. Security screeners and concessions workers were nice and customer service friendly.
Excellent tournament at VBC Huntsville. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Attended several tournament games, and never heard the National Anthem --- not even at the first game of the day. Any reason?
