CRYSTAL FIGHTERS IN CONCERT:
The members of British synth rock outfit Crystal Fighters are masters of their craft, and their intricately layered tunes play out perfectly at their animated live shows. Known for their "performance art" tours that feature unique instrumentation and beautiful set designs, the eclectic band hashes out fan favorites like "Love Is All I Got" along with songs from 2013's Cave Rave with an unparalleled passion and intensity. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
London-based act Crystal Fighters formed after lead singer Sebastian Pringle and guitarist Gilbert Vierich met during their high school years. They recruited mutual friend Graham Dickson to join the group and slowly picked up members Laure Stockley and Mimi Borrelli along the way. The band was inspired by an unfinished opera that was written by Stockley's grandfather, and they continued his untold story through their music. The group broke out in 2008 with "I Love London", an homage to their hometown that attracted attention from several labels and ultimately landed them a deal with Kitsune a year later. Crystal Fighters gained even more success with their 2010 full-length debut Star of Love, which peaked at No. 6 on the Ultratop Heatseekers Chart and landed a Top 10 spot on the UK Dance chart. They continued to raise the bar with 2013's Cave Rave -- a standout record that garnered a Top 40 spot on the UK Indie Albums chart. With a string of popular fan favorites and numerous festival performances under their belt, Crystal Fighters continue to thrill fans with their infectious energy every time they take the stage.

Wow. Holy cow. I had no idea Crystal Fighters could put on such an amazing show! So active, involved, and fun! The opener Machine Heart absolutely KILLED IT! Great show overall, wonderful music, and real dedicated musicians.

I bought these tickets right when they were released not knowing I would be going to firefly and have the ability to see crystal fighters again, there. After seeing the show at webster hall, I had to decide to see crystal fighter again or edward sharpe.Crystal fighters all the way! They blew me away both times! Their energy jumps off the stage and hugs everyone in the crowd. The energy is high and loving and makes sure to touch each person- whether it be the more docile, sway to the music type of person, or the high energy jump up and down until your feet hurt people. I will definitely see them again next time they are nearby. Crystal fighters- Feeling the wave. :)

the show was great! i loved alpine and crystal fighters. the only downside is that crystal fighters didn't come on until after 10PM. I guess I am getting too old for these late night events!
I didn't know what to expect from the venue or the artist but both were excellent. I would see Crystal Fighters again any time and the Sinclair is a great concert venue.

There music was tight and everyone seemed in such sync with one another. If you want to dance to good music that isn't just some DJ regurgitating old hits do yourself a favor and buy a ticket to Crystal Fighters.
