Where Corey Smith could have taken the generic route to country music stardom, the singer and songwriter from Jefferson, Georgia chose a slightly different approach. A self-described progressive country musician, Smith has been unashamed in expressing non-conservative opinions that could have landed him in the disgraces of country fans. A testament to his disregard for ignorance, the singer instead amassed an audience that has embraced both his music and outspokenness.

Corey is true talent and his live performances are something to see!
I’ve seen Corey 3 times in person in Knoxville alone & it’s a small /smothering city no matter what you choose and or it’s always so amazing & promising when my birthday(11-02-1988) I try to to go to UT & LSU game. I typically sit/support home team but am a Tigers fan at heart! Can’t lie ( should have been cheerleader) (got injured/landed backwards on hand & prescribed/ addicted to opioids & became problem.
Had a great time at the Corey Smith concert at The Senate music venue in Columbia, SC. Venue is awesome for live music (not too large or too small). First time seeing Corey, and he was exactly as I expected, Awesome!!!!! Bar service was extremely fast, but does not accept cash, which caught us by surprise. All worked out fine though. Looking forward to seeing more music acts at this venue.
Corey Smith was one of my first concerts. I saw him when I was 14 years old in Macon, GA with my older brother in 2007. Don’t know how I got into the venue. It’s a great memory. My brother found out he was coming to the house of blues and we got to go and relive it but with a few new songs added to the set list since then. Great show and a great performance.
This was my first concert since Covid amd had a blast. Corey Smith is always a good time. I absolutely love his music, his spirit and the House of Blues.
Never want to see again. He opened for Riley Green. Love Riley Green
We loved getting to see Corey Smith play some familiar favorites and some new stuff we’d not heard yet. The encore was especially cool!
Corey Smith was AMAZING! The venue was so great and it was such a good time. I danced the night away! It was everything I could have hoped for and more!
We’ve seen Corey Smith probably 8 times in the last 12 years. His concerts have always been lively and fun. We enjoy the oldies but are up to hearing new songs. This concert left us thinking if that was first concert we had been to of his, we wouldn’t be going to another one. The opening act was boring, and then we had an hour waiting on Corey. I wasn’t planning for the concert to be 3 hours with Corey playing 1 1/2 after the start time. It would be nice if Mars Music Hall offered food other than candy; we were hungry by the time he went on stage. He only played about 6 older songs and his new songs are slower songs. Honestly we were disappointed.
