Monday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Event Days: Saturday 10am to an hour after show time. Sunday & Holidays: 3 hours prior until 1 hour after show time.

What are the parking options at FirstOntario Centre?
Public parking is available on the West side of Bay Street, across from the Box Office or in Jackson Square Mall underground lot. Please note that there is no special accessible parking provided.
Is there accessible seating?
Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the last row of sections 111 through to 119. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible. Visually Impaired Seating: Tickets for the visually impaired can be purchased through the Box Office at 905.546.4040. Hearing Devices: None

Are children allowed?
Children under the age of 2 years old are admitted free of charge as long as they are sitting on a guardian's lap, unless otherwise stated. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons enterting a Core Entertainment venue must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
